Music Business Mentoring

Terms & Conditions

 

  1. You agree that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older or have consent from your parent / guardian to book and participate in a mentoring session with an MBM Mentor.
     

  2. Music Business Mentoring offers mentoring subject to availability of Mentors and suitability to your needs. We will process your request and have your Mentor get back to you as soon as possible.
     

  3. Any materials supplied to you as part of your session are solely for your own use; it remains confidential and it may not be reproduced, circulated or distributed.
     

  4. All conversations during your mentoring session should be considered confidential by both parties, and not disclosed by any party without written agreement from the other.
     

  5. If a client needs to cancel, they are asked notify MBM at least 48 hours ahead of time. We will do our very best to reschedule with your mentor of choice. If this is not possible we will reschedule you with another suitable mentor. In the event mentor becomes unavailable, please allow us to suggest a suitable replacement. If we're unable to find someone suitable, we will refund your payment.
     

  6. Any advice from the MBM mentors is solely their opinion and may not reflect the opinions of MBM.
     

  7. Any mentoring sessions are entered into voluntarily between the mentor and the client separate and apart from Music Business Mentoring. Neither MBM nor its Mentors may be held liable for advice provided by Mentors, nor for any consequences of the application of such advice by a client in their business or personal environment.
     

  8. By using this mentor service participants agree to hold MBM harmless in any dispute that may arise as a result of the mentoring relationship.
     

  9. By using the Music Business Mentoring Service, both mentors and clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless MBM for any loss, liability, claim, damage or expenses arising from or in connection with the MBM mentor service.

  • To introduce a Music Business Mentoring service that we think might be of interest to you.

Creative Mentoring also collects "non-personally identifiable information" (information that does not identify a specific individual) through the use of Internet Protocol tracking and log files.
 

  • We register your Internet Protocol address when you visit our website to help diagnose possible technical problems and to administer our website quality. We do not use Internet Protocol addresses or clickstream data to personally identify users on our website.

  • Log files (files listing every request made to our server) are used to statistically determine which areas of our website users prefer and to better prepare future site content based on the interests of our users. We do not track the usage patterns of individual users, but rather the overall performance of each page on our site.
