Harry Stinson is a Grammy nominated drummer, singer, songwriter, and producer. With over 40 years in the business, he has achieved number one status in all four of those areas. The artists he has recorded with range from Peter Frampton, Bob Seger, Elton John to George Jones, Earl Scruggs, Steve Earle and Miranda Lambert. He has produced, among others, Corb Lund and Trisha Yearwood. In the 1990's hardly 30 minutes went by in Country Radio without some kind of contribution by Harry Stinson. He co-wrote Martina McBride's first number one, "Wild Angels.” Other greats that have covered his songs are, Ricky Skaggs, Wynonna Judd and Faith Hill.
Over the past decade he has been a member of Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives, where he secured his Grammy nod for their "Live at the Ryman" recording. He even co-founded Dead Reckoning Records, helping to establish a fledgling Americana format back in the early 1990’s.
If that’s not all, he has musically directed over 100 hours of network and cable TV as well as been a performer on eight seasons of recurrent television such as American Music Shop, Ricky Skaggs Live at the Ryman and The Marty Stuart Show.
